"GOD OF OUR FATHERS"

God of our fathers,

Whose almighty hand

Thy love divine hath led us in the past,

To all of us:

July 1, 2004 (John 19:38-42-- "Now after these things Joseph of Arimathea, because he was a disciple of Jesus [Although for fear of the Jews a secret one], besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus. And Pilate gave permission. He came, therefore, and took away the body of Jesus and there also came Nicodemus [who at first had come to Jesus by night], bringing a mixture of Myrrh and aloes, in wait about a hundred pounds. They therefore took the body of Jesus and wrapped it in linen cloths with the spices, after the Jewish manner of preparing for burial. Now in the place where He was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid. There, accordingly, because of the Preparation Day of the Jews, for the tomb was close at hand, they laid Jesus.")

My little child, My little children, you must not be afraid of the world but wary of its ways. Withdraw from it and all its activities. Come closer to Me in thought, word and deed. I am with you. Simplify your lives and do not live in fear, but live in Me, clinging to Me. Remember, life itself is: earning a living. This, and a trust in Me, will provide the food, shelter, and maintenance of the spirit which I give you. Child, children, this is the commandment of the day: If your right hand offend thee, cut it off. If the eye offend: pluck it out. Now you know the literal meaning is self-destructive; but the figurative meaning is this: do not watch the television but make it work for you. Only videos of acceptance to Me should be viewed. Only music to My ears should be heard. Only the hand at work, or simple play should be seen by Me.

I say these things, My children, because it is better to begin weaning yourselves from the electronic things now, than to be cut off completely from them at a later date when it is a shock to you at the loss. Rest in Me, love Me, and be Mine for all time and eternity.

July 4, 2004 (Read Matthew 6:31-34--"Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or, 'What are we to put on?' [For after all these things the Gentiles seek]; for your Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His justice, and all these things shall be given you besides. Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have anxieties of its own. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.)

My child, you have read this Holy Scripture above and pondered it many times. What do you see? You see that to worry and fret is one thing, and to "prepare" is another. I have told all My own to trust in Me, to be obedient regarding certain things for certain time, and to remember that I am able to provide all needs both physical and spiritual.

At all times I am able to care for My own. These are those who listen to Me. They seek My word in Holy Scripture and in revelation of today's prophets and teachers of My word. This is My love for all mankind: the love of a caring Father, a faithful Savior, and a comforting Lord. I will take care of you, My children, if you will listen to Me. You must come closer to Me and know My will and My love for you. You come closer by praying and reading your Scripture. You know Me by doing My will as directed by the faith brought down the centuries, and distilled into the sacraments and tenets and laws which have ever been Mine, and Me Myself since man began.

You know My will when you begin to will by sacrificial love, that is: by putting others first and yourselves last. This does not mean being a foolish child who casts pearls before swine. But it means being prudent and wise to know that an example of My love is better than an explanation to unknowing ears. Be an example of My love by following Me, My child, children. Be Mine.

This is the word for your nation, child, on this day: Prepare yourselves, people of the United States. Prepare to trust in Me even as I allow all which comes to you in sorrow and sadness. I Who Am know all your weaknesses and ills. I know all your leaders and false shepherds who lead you, My people of this nation; you must turn to Me. You must decide this day whom you will follow: mammon or the Lord Your God. I will help you in your decision to be Mine. I will refine you in the fire of My love. Be Mine.

Child, you are Mine, and even so awaken to the rain and foreboding of evil upon the land of your birth. Do not remain in this gloom, child, children, when you feel it, but remember the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, which depend on Me. Come into My arms; cling to Me. Ride out the storm of life in the sure knowledge of My will and My love and My comfort which are yours because you choose to love Me. Beloveds, be Mine.

July 9, 2004 (Read Isaiah 20:16-22--"In that day Egypt shall be like unto women, and they shall be amazed and afraid, because of the moving of the hand of the Lord of hosts, which He shall move over it. And the land of Judah shall be a terror to Egypt: every one that shall remember it shall tremble, because of the counsel of the Lord of hosts, which He hath determined concerning it. In that day there shall be five cities in the land of Egypt, speaking the language of Chanaan, and swearing by the Lord of hosts: one shall be called the city of the sun. In that day there shall be an altar of the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a monument of the Lord at the borders thereof. It shall be for a sign and for a testimony to the Lord of hosts, in the land of Egypt. For they shall cry to the Lord because of the oppressor, and He shall deliver them a Savior and a defender to deliver them. And the Lord shall be known by Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the Lord in that day, and shall worship Him with sacrifices and offerings: and they shall make vows to the Lord, and perform them. And the Lord shall strike Egypt with a scourge, and shall heal it, and they shall return to the Lord, and He shall be pacified towards them, and heal them.")

My child, Christ has come as Savior to ALL the world, Egypt included. This is a truth which many men have ignored, or even disbelieved. It is, however, becoming more acceptable to the average person: that I am the Lord of ALL peoples, Egypt included. For this reason ALL must pray for each other. And those who know the sorrow of the nations who are suffering already the hatred of the pagan against the Christian and the Jew (such as in Sudan and Vietnam), must pray for those who suffer and pray for their oppressors.

You who are in calmness at this moment must pray for those who are in chaos, because is chaos is at your own doorstep, and ruin can come upon you at any time. The scourge comes; expect it. But remember the healing will come after.

Child, no nation will be spared, and many will succumb and be no more. By staying close to Me, many peoples will be saved in soul, if not in body. Many will be guided who have listened to Me. They will be taken to protected areas BY ME, and no one else. Beware the promises of men. Beware the secure promises, My people. Cling to Me. Do not follow the shepherd who is not Mine. Child, you are Mine. Stay on the straight and narrow. Rest in Me. Continue to pare down your living. Make it simple and your wants: as nothing. Rest (trust) in Me. I am with you, child, children,

July 10, 2004 (Psalm 105 [106]: 36-42--"They served their idols which became a snare for them. They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons, and they shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Chanaan, desecrating the land with bloodshed; they became defiled by their works, and wanton in their crimes. And the Lord grew angry with His people, and abhorred His inheritance; He gave them over into the hands of the nations, and their foes ruled over them. Their enemies oppressed them, and they were humbled under their power.")

My child, I speak through you to the world, a world of sin and sorrow. It (the world) has come down to the state of My nation described so long ago in the above Scripture. Your nation in this your era has deteriorated even as it began from its first day of inception. Why, you ask, did it happen, and so quickly: 200 years? There is no nation, no constitution, nor decree which can withstand the quest for power and money, My child. Ambition for these things will destroy the nation, and the world. Evil (love of sin) will convert anyone or any nation into a hell of his or its own making.

Long ago, in Noe's day, I repented of My creation of man, and destroyed all but eight people on the earth. How many will be left this time, My child, children? All mankind belongs to Me, My child. I have given them all a way out of their sins, even evil, by the repentance and the clinging to My Son, their Savior, Jesus. Still, so few have claimed this inheritance, My child, children, so few in your era of falling away from Me Who Am. I love all, child, and I constantly call and entreat all to come to Me. They do not hear nor WANT to hear. Shall My creation be overwhelmed by the evil, the destruction which man is doing? Shall My little ones who cry out to Me day and night be ignored? Shall the innocent blood be shed and shed and shed until it covers the land of every nation, and reeks to high heaven: a pain and an agony to My nostrils--and I ignore? Of course not, child; you know I am coming again to rectify and purify the earth. You, and all who love, have gathered into the ark of My saving grace. You have, and are, prepared to accept the closing and the sealing of its door against the chaos without. You are resting in My arms of love, no matter the tumolt of My cleansing fire, or My washing flood.

These are the last days, My child, which Jesus foretold. There is no excuse which man can give for ignorance of this fact. There is no reason for his collective ignorance, nor his unhappy refusal of My life for him. He is without any recourse, except one, before he dies: this is My Mercy. This Mercy comes through the saving grace of the Christ. It is unfathomable. It is available to the repentant sinner. Child, pray that many will come to Me to be immersed in My Mercy. Pray every day for this, My children. Be alert for My call to the fate which awaits each and every one of you. Embrace the love I give you. Lift up your crosses and follow Me. I will gather you all into My barns, you who are My crops of finest grain.

My child, all is well between us, you and Me. The way is clear and safe for you to return to your home. There is always the inner sorrow of the knowledge of what is on the earth and what is coming on the earth; but to you and all who love, I will help you to carry this cross and will bring you safely home to Me when the time comes. Until then, remain clinging to Me and trusting with all trust and hope in Me Who Am able to keep all who are Mine: in My will.

Rest, child, in the sure knowledge of My love and protection of you and yours. This is My will for you: that you continue to CHOOSE to love; that you take the more difficult road (which is less traveled) of self sacrifice. This means a sacrifice of comfort, personal desires, and future plans. This road of true love is a mystery to you, but is known by Me and desired by Me, and is for the good of all with whom you come in contact with in your life. I am talking here about the putting away of self, and how the soul moves closer to Me by taking this action of "negation".

This action of self-giving love is a looking forward and not back. If you notice in yourself, you will see that the time in your life with which you yearn is the time of the innocence of your childhood: the time of trust, hope and security: the time of seeing all that was around you, but not knowing (and thus not worrying) the workings of the world which man has made.

And now you are in a larger, knowing, corrupted, but healed by Christ, state of being; the sadder but wiser child who has become able to accept and embrace the trust, hope and security of My discipline, authority and will for you. You are My child, My beloved. Following the footsteps of My only begotten Son Jesus you will shed the rags of selfishness and receive, and wear, the garment of salvation: the robe of the child returned: he who was lost and now is found. All this joy for the one who loves. My child, you are Mine. Come unto Me, all you who are weary; I give rest for the "now" of life, and for the eternal now.
